I signed up for your service on ********** and then forgot I had the service so I signed up again on **********. On October **, **** I was charged again for the yearly service. I canceled the autorenewal for that charge but I would like to have the $**.** reimbursed to my credit card. Your company gave me no warning that this charge was upcoming therefore I would have realized this and stopped it before I was charged!! Also, none of the phone numbers provided to contact you on the internet are viable!! I got a nonworking number on * numbers and on another one I was just disconnected!! What a way to do business!
