Subscription to Malwarebytes Premium offer after I gave credit card number was not completed because it could not connect to my computer. After much scanning, I was told a customer rep could help and then found out I would have to pay an additional $**.** for him to fix the issue. I decided it is not worth it and asked to just cancel the whole mess. Another round of scanning resolved nothing. Plus, I was charged a dollar just to chat with this person. How could he fix the issue if it will not connect to my PC? I just want to cancel the whole thing. I have contacted the credit card company.
GetHuman4169136 did not yet indicate what Malwarebytes should do to make this right.
