Hello,As a business we purchased the premium malwarebytes for * computers on our network. They gave us an activation code. We entered it on * of those *. The *th computer is giving us trouble. When we enter the code we get the message, "cannot connect to the license server." How can we fix the problem. Yesterday I had spoken with a technician whose name was Kevin. He was very helpful and told me how to download support and get the reports he needed. But when I entered the email address and the ticket number, the system can't find the ticket so I couldn't go any further. Could you help me with this?
