The system does not recognise the password I recently updated . For the last four days I have been trying to recover the password by pressing on your recover password link, this then takes me to the Contact us page, which I complete, explaining that I want to recover * reset my password . I then receive any email in my alternative email address I supplied. This clearly is a standardised response which tells me to select the Recover password link it provides in the msg, I then get sent back to the contact us page,and so I get sent on the merry go round again and again . Please please help I have had this email account for over twenty years and it is registered as my main account so I am missing an awful lot of important emails .
GetHuman891236 did not yet indicate what Mail.com should do to make this right.
