I have e-mailed you guys three times with my proof of purchase, picture of ID and Serial *, and Case ********. In each case I receive a "submission error" that your email does not have a valid reference ID (and*or) is not coming from a valid email account. I have sent using "both" of my Email Accounts* one of these is Registered with your company. I'm confused and need to speak with someone from your company to resolve this problem.
