I have not used my hotmail in a long time and would like to get back into it. However I have forgotten the password. I asked for a recovery number and had it sent to my alternate email which I received. It then told me I have a two step recovery process and that i needed to go through that. However I no longer have the phone number that originally used for this process. i would like to resolve this issue and get back into my hotmail account ASAP! I keep getting the message "We're not ready yet." Saying it could take up to thirty days. Help!
