I recently purchased a Starlight membership in MLBB to get the Eudora the Photogenic - Vivo skin. The game indicated that I had obtained it, but when trying to use the skin, I was prompted to purchase it with diamonds. I am confused as I believed I had already acquired the skin as part of my Starlight membership. I would like to have the Eudora skin available for use as I have already purchased it through the Starlight membership.

I encountered an issue with my account during the countdown before a match. While my teammate's progress reached [redacted]%, mine only reached 50%. As a result, the match took a long time to start, and eventually, my screen blacked out. Upon reconnecting to the match, it also took an extended period to reach [redacted]%. I am unsure of the root cause of this problem. I hope that this matter can be addressed to improve the experience. Thank you for looking into this.

I attempted to purchase diamonds recently but didn't have sufficient funds, causing the payment to be pending. Today, my girlfriend added her card to my Apple account, and it has charged her $80 AUD. However, I haven't received the diamonds, and the purchase doesn't appear in my Apple account. I have the bank receipt but don't know what to do about the missing money. Apple cannot issue a refund without the purchase in their system, even though I haven't received the diamonds, and the funds have been deducted.

I recharged 50 diamonds twice in-game, but my account only shows 50 diamonds added each time. However, my prepaid mobile load was deducted twice for 50 diamonds each, totaling [redacted] load. I'm worried about recharging again due to this issue. Please respond quickly. I have screenshots of the load deductions and my account profile if necessary. Thank you in advance.

I have been playing Mobile Legends since [redacted] and usually buy diamonds for skins using my mobile for payment. Yesterday, I attempted to purchase [redacted] diamonds, but the transaction was declined even though I received a payment receipt. Oddly, I didn't receive the diamonds, and my balance remains at 7 instead of [redacted] diamonds. Refreshing didn't help, and now I can't use mobile payment. I am left with using a Mastercard, which I don't possess. This issue needs urgent attention, especially since I wanted to obtain a free special skin from the December 28 event. After purchasing a new phone and factory resetting the old one, I encountered an issue while trying to link my Mobile Legends account to the new device. An error message keeps appearing stating, "This account is already connected to another game data and cannot be linked again. If you wish to access the old game data, please switch your account." Here are my concerns: 1. I attempted to access my "Account settings" by playing a new game until I reached LV.8, but unfortunately, the option to "switch account" is not appearing. 2. The old phone has already been factory reset. I urgently need to regain access to my main account, as I have made significant in-game purchases including diamonds. Please provide assistance in recovering my main account.

Hello, I am seeking assistance to remove the IP or VK account connected to my Mobile Legends game. I made an error and shared my Gmail login information with someone who proceeded to change my password and link my game to VK. Fortunately, I managed to recover my account on December 20, [redacted] and promptly updated my password on Moonton. Despite reporting the incident to Mobile Legends Support and submitting the required hacked form, I have not received any updates. I am deeply troubled as I have invested significant time and money into my game account. The hacker continues to access my account through the VK link, deliberately causing losses in games by being AFK until my credit drops to 75. I kindly request your assistance in either tracking or removing the IP or VK account associated with my Mobile Legends account. Your prompt attention to this matter would be greatly appreciated. I trusted someone with my Moonton Gmail and password, but they changed the password and connected their VK account to my Mobile Legends account. I was relieved to recover my Gmail, but the issue persists as the hacker still has access through VK. I am unable to log in and play my account, leading to negative impacts on my credit score and win rate. I need assistance to remove the VK account linked to my Mobile Legends account or block the IP address being used by the hacker. This situation is frustrating, and I hope for a solution to regain control of my account and prevent further unauthorized access. Thank you for your help.

Someone hacked my Mobile Legends account with 40 skins under the username Hanabi. I was claiming my ML reward last Tuesday at 9:00 p.m. when my phone froze and I lost access to my account. Later, my ML app was uninstalled, and after reinstalling it, I discovered someone else was playing on my Hanabi account. I kindly request assistance from the ML customer service team to help me recover my account.

Dear Moonton, I believe my account was hacked by individuals from Indonesia who linked it to their Google Play. They have compromised my account by removing friends and spending my resources. I have tried reaching out to Moonton in-game to remove the Google Play association, but the hackers are aware of my attempts. They are pressuring me to stop seeking help. My in-game name is "mid.Air," on server [redacted] with ID [redacted]18. I usually play on a Samsung Galaxy A8plus and an Apple iPad for Mobile Legends. I use my iPhone, Android device, and two Fire tablets to play. The Fire Cracker event doesn't function properly on the Fire tablets. Although the event purchase tab appears, the $.99 option doesn't show up as intended. When attempting to click on the purchase tab, it shows an error message stating, "An error occurred while attempting to purchase this item. Please try again." This issue has persisted on the Fire tablets for the second event now. Amazon's suggestion to delete the game's cache didn't resolve the problem. As I frequently purchase items in the games for both myself and my grandchildren, it is quite frustrating not being able to participate. Please address and resolve this issue.

I accidentally broke my iPhone 6s that had my MBL linked to it. I am attempting to recover my account using Facebook, but I keep getting the message "Account already connected to another game data." Regarding my Mobile Legends account with multi-login issues, every time I attempt to play, it shows "Already logged in" on my screen. Currently, this Account ID is linked/bound to my VK account and Moonton account, but not to my Gmail or Facebook accounts. When trying to link it to these accounts, it indicates "already linked." May I inquire if it is feasible for your team to remove those linked FB/Google accounts that are not mine? Kindly remove those FB/Google accounts linked to my ID and substitute them with my authentic FB and Google accounts. When I attempt to open the Mobile Legends app, the loading is unusually slow. It seems to not load at all even after waiting for almost half an hour. I'm unable to access the game and get stuck during the loading process after seeing the "Moontoon" symbol. Despite clearing my device's RAM and having 1GB of free storage, the lag persists. It takes a long time for the game to load properly and sometimes my device even lags during gameplay. I hope the loading issues can be resolved promptly to avoid inconveniencing players.

A few days ago, I installed and used a map hack app. However, in the late evening, I received a warning message stating that if I continued to use the cheat, I would be banned. After researching the issue, I promptly uninstalled the app. The next afternoon, while playing Magic Chess multiple times, my account was frozen, and a pop-up message confirmed that I had been banned.
