I am frustrated as I purchased [redacted] diamonds a month ago for $16.99 to buy the hero Minsithar in the game. I transferred the money to my Westpac Everyday account for the purchase but now I can't find the old transaction. Last night, when trying to update, the app asked for card verification and billing address which seemed odd. Despite seeing the money leave my account, there was a pending payment for Mobile Legends in my history, leading me to re-enter my card details for $20, thinking it was a bug. Surprisingly, another $16.99 has been charged, which I had already paid a month ago. I will contact my bank to trace these transactions and understand why there have been duplicate charges.

I am considering uninstalling this game. It seems quite broken. Heroes like Xborg, Ling, Dyrus, Esmeralda, and Martis are too easy to use compared to heroes like Gusion, Fanny, Johnson, and Harith which require skill. Solo queueing has become challenging with mismatched teammates affecting my win rate. Playing against trios or duos with high win rates in ranked matches feels unfair. There are issues with trolling during hero bans and no way to report it. This often leads to feeding or players going AFK. The ban system can be toxic with illogical hero bans, while my team composition sometimes lacks balance. Tanks are losing significance in the game due to new heroes like Dyrus, Xborg, and Martis overpowering them easily. It's discouraging to play tanks now.

The account was registered on [redacted]-9-27 and had its last login on [redacted]-9-4. The device model for this account is Android. My character level is 19, with a total of 24 heroes and 12 skins. The package purchased was Starlight (including Seasonal & Plus) on 27 August [redacted], with order number [redacted]. For verification, I now operate under the account name fearless [redacted] on server [redacted], with ID number [redacted]32. The reason for the switch was to another MLBB account. To facilitate the process, the new account has been bound to a social account as requested by Moonton. Thank you for your help in restoring my lost account.

Hello, I've been playing Mobile Legends for a little over 2 weeks now and during this time, I've unfortunately received 4 penalties. Three of these penalties were due to circumstances beyond my control. The most recent penalty, however, is particularly upsetting. The first penalty occurred because a match ran longer than I expected, and I had to leave mid-game for work, which was my mistake. The second time, the game did not register that I had completed a match, unfairly penalizing me for being away from the keyboard. In the third instance, a glitch prevented me from playing properly, and I was penalized despite resolving the issue midway through the match. The latest game I played was challenging, and although I played my best despite the tough situation, I was penalized for "feeding," which feels completely unfair.

I have been using the voice chat feature in Mobile Legends without any issues until recently. Despite tapping on the microphone and horn icons, they turn blue but my teammates cannot hear me, and I cannot hear them either. This began after updating my iPhone XR to IOS 13. Even though my microphone and headset work fine with music and calls, there seems to be a problem with the in-game voice chat. Could this be a bug? How can I resolve this to continue enjoying my gaming experience?

I need help retrieving my lost MLB.com account. Initially, I had an account on Android linked to Facebook and created a new account on Game Center. On my lost iPhone 5s, my account name was "googoo," created on January 15, [redacted]. Due to lag, I switched to my new iPhone 6s to play, and the "googoo" account was functional there. However, upon connecting to Facebook, my MLB game reset, switching to my old Android Google Play account instead of Game Center. Further attempts to switch it back to Game Center resulted in merging with the new Game Center account on my iPhone 6s. Although I had two accounts for Android and iOS, I cannot seem to access my old account "googoo." Kindly assist me in recovering my Moonton/MLB.com account as I require access to both accounts without starting anew. Your help in recovering it is greatly appreciated. Thank you.

Issue with Diamond Deduction After Obtaining Starlight Card I encountered an issue with the deduction of my diamonds in DOME X during a transaction where I should have received a 20% discount with my Starlight card. Despite spending almost [redacted] diamonds, an additional [redacted] diamonds were taken from me instead of the correct discounted amount of around [redacted] diamonds. I possess the Starlight annual book, which should have prevented this oversight. I am a loyal customer of yours; therefore, I kindly request Moontoon to address and resolve this matter promptly.

I recently discovered some unauthorized activity on my account. While I was away overseas with my mother, my brother used my account and made purchases using my father's credit card without his consent. When my father noticed the charges, he reimbursed the amount spent by my brother. I would appreciate it if my account is not banned as I have put a lot of effort into progressing to the Legend level in this game. Could you please remove any items that were purchased with the diamonds my brother acquired? Thank you for your understanding.

I recently found out that my account was accessed by my brother without my knowledge while I was traveling with my mother. He used my father's credit card without authorization. When my father noticed the unauthorized charges, he refunded all the expenses incurred by my brother. I sincerely apologize for any inconvenience caused. I kindly request that instead of banning my account, the items my brother purchased with the diamonds be reversed. I am very dedicated to this game and have put in a lot of effort to reach the Legend status. Thank you for your understanding.

I am seeking assistance with my Mobile Legends account after being scammed and hacked by a perpetrator in the Philippines. The scammer has linked their personal email, Facebook, and VK to my account. I have evidence of payments, past emails associated with the account, and the account creation date. Currently, I can only access my account through my Moonton account. I am requesting to have the scammer's Facebook, Gmail, and VK unbound from my account and logged out to prevent further unauthorized access. The hacker has altered my username and profile picture, utilized my battle points to purchase heroes, and consistently played afk in games, seemingly aiming to diminish my rank and points, potentially leading to a ban. I had previously linked my account to Facebook and a Moontoon account ([redacted]) before the breach occurred. I have updated my password today, but the hacker continues to access my account. My account was hacked, and I've been waiting for a reply from Moonton for a year now. I still have the original sign-up email, and my account is still linked to my Moonton account. The issue arose when the scammer instructed me to submit a forgot password form and send him the link. I was then told to click the "unsubscribe" button in the email. Despite my numerous attempts over the past year to contact Moonton customer service, I have yet to receive a response. I would greatly appreciate any assistance.

I attempted to recharge diamonds in Mobile Legends using online banking. After receiving an OTP message, I confirmed the order, and my money was deducted from my SBI bank account. However, I did not receive the diamonds. I tried two more times but received an OTP stating that I had insufficient funds in my account. The transaction occurred on December 10th, [redacted], around 5:43 PM to Times of Money Limited. Despite the deductions, I did not receive any diamonds in my ML account. My bank account number is [redacted], IFSC code is SBIN[redacted] from the Vaivakawn branch in Aizawl, Mizoram, India. My ML name is "extract," with ID no. [redacted]53([redacted]). I am experiencing difficulties switching to another account on ML after logging in with my Facebook account. Despite trying to unbind my Facebook account, clearing data, uninstalling and reinstalling the game, my Facebook account remains logged in. Even after attempting to log out via Facebook, I still face the issue. When I endeavor to log in with Google Play, I receive the message "This Account is already connected to current game data." I have also disabled settings in Google Play without success. Your assistance with this matter would be greatly appreciated.

I need to report an ongoing issue where players from other countries are manipulating their locations to unfairly obtain top rankings in my country. This behavior is unfair and needs to stop. Most of these players seem to be from Asia, where the competition is high. They are using fake GPS locations to appear as if they are in countries like Egypt. I urge the appropriate authorities to investigate and take action against these accounts. I have even found a video showing how they are doing this: [redacted].

Tomorrow, I was playing on my account when I decided to play just 2 or 3 games. After exiting the game, I realized my phone had been hacked as it auto-formatted. I had to re-download Mobile Legends. Upon completing the tutorials, I attempted to switch back to my account, only to discover that it wasn't bound to my email. I'm hopeful that Moonton can assist me in retrieving my account. I believe it may have been my mistake because when I attempted to bind my account, it showed that it was already bound to another account. I use Mobile Legends, and recently, I purchased a new phone and linked my account on both devices. However, now I wish to unlink them and begin fresh on my old phone while keeping the new account separate. I am currently connected to Montoon on both devices using the same account, but I have an additional Montoon account that I would like to link separately to each device. Hi, I've been enjoying Mobile Legends for 7-8 months now. Initially, I didn't encounter any issues, but recently the game keeps shutting down after I finish a match. When I reopen it, I find myself back at square one. I'm unable to like anyone or report players in the game. Sometimes it even crashes in the middle of a match. The same problem occurs when I play Chess-TD, where the game starts and then abruptly shuts down. I reopen it only for it to crash again.
