have charges reversed for $***.***Says it's fixed but there has been no action. ... I was recently charged $***.** to my Wells Fargo bank account ending in ****. My husband, Gary Bricker is now in moderate* late stage Alzheimer's and this was his account. *My husband is no longer capable of using Lumosity. He enjoyed it while he could, but that was over a year ago. *I request cancellation of this account and reversal of the charges immediately. *Thank you for your prompt attention to this matter. *I have reported this charge to my bank.
Please reverse the charges on my bank account.
My husband subscribed to this several years ago, he has Alzheimer's and this charge was against a debit card that he no longer has. This would be considered Elder Abuse because he does not have the mental capacity to authorize this charge.
I will report this as fraudulent activity
