Dear Lufthansa Customer Service***I am a passenger from flight LH *** Wed Oct **, ****, I wanted to inform you on series of concern that I had due to my latest experience with your airline.**A little background about me* I am a physician and I was returning from a technical exchange meeting in United Stat in that morning, also I am a frequent flyer with your airline, therefore, I planned my scheduled according to the original time of arrival in Tehran. I had scheduled a surgery for *:** am, Nov *st, that due to the failure of on time arrival and lack of services, I had to cancel. During the time at airport I had received attached documents to file for compliant with your group, to inform you on the quality of service and as well as cause and effect on lack of the quality of service you provided for my travel. I also attached my boarding pass to this letter for your information.**My flight was scheduled to leave on *:** PM and arrive in Tehran by *:** PM same day Oct **st, however the schedule of flight got compromised. The flight was delay for first time for two hours, and I did not receive information on how long this problem would take to fix. At the second hour* I was informed there would be another two hours delay. At this junction, I received a ** Euro voucher for drink with no additional information. For the third time the flight was delayed* this time for three hours, at this point due to my diet I could not attend any of provided food accommodations as this was known factor on my ticket, no additional resting accommodation (hotels or comfortable seating) was provided. At the end the flight left Frankfurt at *:** PM and had seven hours delay, which changed the time of the arrival in Tehran at *:** AM.
