It's been six months and there has been no new info on my missing crates. I'm still owed three Star Trek Mission crates. I bought a full year subscription (six crates) before the first create came out. In December they released info that though the Mission Crates were going to be discontinued, they would fulfill the last three and those of us who ordered the full year would receive a special Enterprise model.**My other subscription is the Firefly Cargo Crate. This is my only active crate. I have been getting these since they started in **** and I am owed over a year's worth in crates. Though they had issues with the crate, they assured subscribers that the crate would get back on track.**It's been many months and there has been no word and no crates on either of these issues. I would even feel better if I got some official word with an update. The times I have reached out to them, it's been frustrating because the responses have been very "copy and paste" and did not help me feel confident in their answer nor their customer service. I felt like I was being treating more like a number than a person.

GetHuman3247418 did not yet indicate what LootCrate should do to make this right.
