Get a refund on the money stolen from my bank account and a refund from my first and only legal purchase from May **** as I have still not recieved it. ... YOU HAVE STOLEN MONEY FROM MY BANK ACCOUNT AFTER I DIDN'T SAVE MY BANKING DETAILS TO MY ACCOUNT.*I HAVE SENT MULTIPLE EMAILS TO THE HELP CONTACT AND NOTHING. I WANT A TOTAL REFUND OF ALL THE MONEY LOOT CRATE HAS TAKEN. THIS IS DISGUSTING AND APPALLING.*MY NEXT STEP IS AUSTRALIA FAIR TRADE AND PROGRESSING THIS FURTHER. I AM NOTHING MISSING OVER $*** WITH NO, REPEAT NO PRODUCTS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
They understand the its illegal to keep bank details in any country of the world without permission from the person who's account it is. They don't understand that I will take this further if i have as you have stolen money, with held promised goods and keep private banking details on hold without responding to the customers multiple emails.
Refunding all my money from both the first and second transaction. I no longer want their service or products. I want the $** refunded from my first and only purchase and then i want the $** stolen from my account returned or i will take this as high as can to cause the most damage.
I purchased my first crate back in May*June **** as it was promoted on Instagram as a half price sale. When i signed up my account I thought by clicking the one time crate box i wouldn't be charged again as i was only trialing the service. My crate was supposed to arrive late June, now August the crate has still not arrived and then larger transaction was stolen from my account last night from Loot Crate. I have reported it to my bank and have keep all details and records.
I have sent multiple emails, i have been patient and continue to be, i have now entirely deleted my subscription by still deserve, require and want a refund.
