I was trying to order a Christmas present last September **** I paid with a debit carnt my sons email address was used it was *****@***.com I waited and waited so I phoned they told me alk these different things of which I didn't understand any of it I wanted my monney back they told me no so I've been waiting since last year now I've written to u twice with no response I want the monney I paid u for nothing if I don't get a response from u I will report u to the ombudsman urs sincerely Christine jenkins
