I went into the store by my work right after they opened. It was obvious that the two employees had just gotten to the store because NOTHING was ready. So I waited ** minutes until I heard from the back that "they forgot to put my pizza in". So I have to wait even longer. Waiting for that greasy piece of **** ate up my ENTIRE lunch hour! So naturally I contacted the LC facebook page to complain. Even got a response! Was told that I'd be hearing from someone soon. That was on September **th of this year. Then on october **th I contacted the Facebook page again and was told that they passed on my information again. That was almost two weeks ago. So I get it if this company only cares about profit rather than customer service skills... last night I contacted the Facebook page AGAIN and this time I didn't get a response from anyone. So now I'm going to contact the Saint Louis Department of the Better Business Bureau. And I've decided that after I contact the BBB I'm going to call St. Louis news anchor man, Elliot Davis, to come out to that store and do a 'you paid for it' segment, a segment where he openly confronts bad business owners for conducting inappropriate and sometimes illegal moves against their customers. While nothing illegal was done, I think that if a news anchor calls them I'll get my **** pizza and a refund and apology. But if that doesn't work I will ***** to LC's facebook page everyday until I'm satisfied.
