Over the last ** plus years I have owned * littermaid multiple cat self cleaning litter boxes. I have never had any issues with them and they usually just wear out with normal wear and tear and I replace them as needed. Most recently I ordered my *rd one and it is the only one I've ever had an issue with. The waste receptacle bin does not fit properly. It leaves a very large gap between the box and bin causing extreme litter waste to fall under the unit. Being this is my *rd one over the last ** years, I understand how it works and know that litter maid products must be used so I know it isn't operator error. I'd like to have my litter box replaced since I feel this is a defect in the product.
