The Litter Maid comes with a standard one-year limited warranty, ensuring that the product is free from defects in material and workmanship under normal use. The warranty covers the main components and parts of the Litter Maid. If any issues arise within the warranty period, customers should contact customer support for assistance. Proof of purchase will be required for warranty claims. The warranty does not cover damage resulting from misuse, abuse, or unauthorized repairs or modifications. Litter Maid will, at their discretion, repair or replace defective parts or the entire unit. However, any service or repair costs related to improper handling or unauthorized alterations are not covered under the warranty.
