My name is Mark Boylan, I just recently accepted a new position. As a part of my training I had to do some sessions through linkedinlearning, and somehow I ended up getting signed up for the premium account and was just charged $***. I am not sure how this happened, but I do not need a premium account, and will not have any need for one in the future. I was alarmed to see such a large charge on my card this morning, and would like to speak with someone about how to get this refunded as I had no intention of paying for this premium account and am more than satisfied with the basic one I currently have. Please let me know what steps need to be taken so I can get this $*** refunded back into my account, as I mentioned, there was no intention of ever signing up for this, thank you.
