I downloaded an app from your company upon seeing that there was a fee I decided not to go further with the app as it was not a need that I had and I was not interested in using it. Your records should intimate the app nor its service was never used. I did not agree to or authenticate any charges to be charged to my account. I use PayPal for many things in my business so it is a constant charge from PayPal into my account so I had not noticed that your app has been charging me since January ****. I am absolutely horrified to see that I have been being charged $*** since January every month. I am absolutely sickened that this is now up to $**** of charges that I did not agree to nor did I sign up for. I never used your service and I immediately deleted your app when I saw that there was a service charge. It was not something that I wanted to use and I’m sure you can see in your records that I have never once used that service therefore I should not be charged for the subscription. I’m hoping that your company will do the right thing here and refund me for an app I never once used. This was obviously some kind of a glitch downloading an app should not automatically start charging you for a subscription! I did not authorize any of these charges and because you are attached to iTunes it in automatically came out of my PayPal account. This was unauthorized!!
