Hello Customer Service, I am becoming increasingly frustrated. I have been trying for 3 days to convey that I cannot return the two dresses. The postal service informed me that I cannot send packages from Germany to China because there are significant issues with returns. They are no longer allowed to send packages to China (and refused to accept the package). Now, I need a return address from you where I can finally send back the dresses so I can get my money back. Otherwise, I will involve my lawyer and will not speak well of this store online. Trust me, it will not end well for you. You cannot recommend a company like Lightinthebox. There are too many difficulties with exchanges and returns. I hope to hear from you as soon as possible. Best, P.S.

I need assistance returning an item due to sizing issues. Despite visiting various pages on your website, I cannot locate a return option. I followed the instructions to submit a form with an attached photo, but upon clicking "submit," the page freezes. I have been trying to navigate your site for over an hour without success. I hold a college degree and even my husband with a master's degree couldn't solve this issue. Compared to Amazon's efficient return process, I am finding this frustrating. Requiring a photo for a return is unconventional and cumbersome. Please improve the return process to retain customers and receive positive reviews.

Today, an additional delivery arrived from your company containing the same men's shoes in size 43, which I did not order. I am trying to send an email to Lightning the Box, but I am not receiving any response to my inquiries. I have two paid orders that I have not received. In the email they replied to me, they mentioned that I didn't have any issues contacting them before. They instructed me to wait 60 days before filing a claim for them to conduct an investigation. Currently, I want to know from which date I should start counting the 60 days. Is it from the order date or from their email because if I exceed the 60-day limit, I will not receive my orders and I will also lose my $[redacted].85 as per their policy. I am concerned about not getting any responses on this matter and it has become impossible to get answers like before. Celine Lévesque. P.S. I cannot afford to lose this amount of money and also receive nothing in return. All of this is causing me extreme stress.

I followed the return process on Lightinthebox.com, and I reached a point where I was instructed to download the app to finalize the return. However, when I tried to access the app, it was "CURRENTLY UNAVAILABLE." I am unsure of what steps to take next to return the dress for a refund since the website did not provide any further options. I placed an order on the 1st of this month, and it was supposed to ship by the 9th. However, the order is still processing, with one item marked as accepted but not shipped. I have been trying to inquire about the delay, but it seems that my messages are going unanswered. I urgently need the outfit before the 15th of next month. I urgently need to return my order for the following reasons: 1. The delivery was late for the event I needed the items for. 2. Despite my order being over £80.00 and eligible for free delivery, I was still charged for shipping. 3. The quality and sizing of the items do not match what was advertised on the website, and they do not fit me correctly. I am extremely dissatisfied with my purchase and would like to arrange a return as soon as possible.

I recently purchased pants in my size, but unfortunately, they are too small. I want to return them for a larger size. I checked out as a guest and later created an account on the website. However, since my order was placed before making the account, I can't see it under "My Orders." I have the original packaging and slip and would like to exchange the item for a bigger size.

I prefer to shop in smaller quantities and utilize the "Save for Later" feature to revisit items before making a purchase. I purchased a dress online for my wedding, expecting it to be shipped within 24 hours with delivery in 4-6 working days. I recently bought a dress from Light in the Box for my wedding. I was told it was in stock and would arrive in 4 working days, just in time for my wedding. After purchasing, I was given a later delivery date and now it won't reach me on time. I've tried contacting customer service multiple times with no response. I tried to get a quicker delivery but got no reply. The website promised it would ship within 24 hours, but it's still not even shipped yet. I feel like I've been scammed as there is no phone number to contact them. I've reached out several times with no resolution. It's frustrating not being able to speak with an agent for help in this situation. I'm running out of options and time, and my wedding day is at risk without the dress.

I purchased a pink Teddy bear coat from Light in the Box on November 7th in size small for £32.00 plus shipping at £7.59. The payment was deducted from my account. The order number is [redacted]1. I received an email yesterday stating that due to a payment delay, the order was canceled, but they referenced a different order number, [redacted]1. I tried to respond to their email, but the message did not go through. Can someone assist me with this issue?

Es geht um einen Artikel, den ich am 29.09.[redacted] bestellt habe (Artikelnummer: [redacted][redacted]), der angeblich am 29.09.[redacted] oder 30.09.[redacted] versendet wurde. Es gab eine Sendeverfolgungsaktualisierung, dass das Paket am Tag X in Vlotho angekommen sei, aber seitdem keine weiteren Informationen. Obwohl der Bestellstatus "geliefert oder erhalten" anzeigt, habe ich bis heute, den 19.11.[redacted], das Paket nicht erhalten. Ich bitte um eine faire Lösung, entweder den Artikel erneut zu senden (OHNE WEITERE KOSTEN) oder den bezahlten Betrag über PayPal zurückzuerstatten. I am attempting to return two items from my recent order due to size issues. I ordered a women's puffer winter jacket, but it's been stuck in processing for 10 days now. I thought it would arrive in 5-7 days, but it hasn't even shipped yet. I need to cancel just the jacket part of my order because my daughter needs a coat. The other half of my order has already been shipped. How can I cancel the jacket before it ships to avoid having to return it? I also need a refund for the jacket that hasn't been shipped yet. Thank you.

I need assistance tracking my order. I placed it on 11/29/22, but have not received any updates or the item. When I check the site, it shows no orders, even though the payment was deducted from my account. I only have one account, so signing in with a different account is not an option. I was also asked to pay $1 for tracking help, which I find unnecessary.
