I just sent a lengthy message via your window for customer issues. I am very satisfied* with your customer service provided by Leanna..she came to the phone quickly and discussed my concerns and confirmed my current account. your automated system with your computer truly does not seem to understand anything. It repeats the same information over and over then telling me to reconfirm the information I gave it. It also doesn't seem to understand the concept of live customer service. It keeps asking me to allow it to keep helping me rather then get a customer service representative. I experienced extreme anxiety using this system today. I am fine with my current plan. *Perhaps you need additional staff to handle live customer service calls. *I will tell you that the music played is like fingernails scratching a chalk board.
