I placed an order for Filter #1 on 11/21/[redacted] but later canceled it. Despite numerous attempts, I have not received a refund of the $87.96 charged to my credit card on the same day for a filter that was never delivered. I have contacted Life Ionizer multiple times, but no one has reached out or provided a solution. I spoke with a customer service representative named Gabe, who said he would contact accounting, but I have not heard back. I left a message for a Sales Rep Supervisor to call me, but they have not. Most recently, I spoke with "Tammy" who was supposed to follow up on my previous calls. Please send the resolution details to my email at [redacted]. Phone communication has been unsuccessful.
