I recently lost my keys, including my Lexus fob. My dealer is located at **** Rosa L Parks Blvd, Nashville, TN *****. I called yesterday and could not get through to the dealer. The phone just rang and rang. I called a second time* no luck. The answering told me that the dealer would call me back. That did not happen* no return call. On my third call I was at last referred to the parts department. They ordered the part and it arrived today. Today, I called two times, but no one answered. Again I left messages* again, no return call. I called a third time and Lexus finally answered. I was again referred to the service department so that I could have the new key programed. No one answered* the machine told me that someone would call me back. Again, no return call. I called again two times. Each time I was promised a return call. I have received no call. I have no new key. I am frustrated and disappointed. All I want is to replace a lost key with the new one that is at the dealership. I need the new key. I am at my wits end. This is not what I expected of Lexus. Can you help?
