I bought a Lexus car for my wife Friday. Salesman assistant told my wife just to download the Enform app and she could start using the Remote start. We downloaded the app but nothing. We then called the salesman and he said it was taken care of. We called and spent ** minutes with someone from another country that was unable to get our email address or street address. We asked for someone else (** more minutes) She took our info and said ** hrs. And we would get a email. * days later no email. Called back a fourth time and someone else said they say that the email address was wrong but he could fix it. He deleted our Enform info and then proceeded to tell us it would be * more days. It has been * days and we have gotten nowhere. I have been a Lexus only fan for ** years. This is definitely not the norm. My wife was very uncomfortable and reluctant to give here card number again. So * days later we still do not have Enform remote. This is a bad day for My perseption of the Lexus I have known over the years. I tried the explain to my wife that this wasn’t the norm. Someone needs to know about this. It not the Lexus I know. Sad....
