You have on record an auto accident I WAS NOT involved in which paid out $*,*** to an unknown person to my knowledge. The accident is listed as NOT my fault yet I am NOT aware of this accident in **** which was reported to have been here in Florida.**This info was given to me on **-**-**** by USA INSURANCE COMPANY of San Antonio Texas, and or USA INS, Nevada as I WAS BEING INTERVIEWED FOR A NEW POLICY BY SAID COMPANY.**I would like to clear this matter up ASAP even though I was listed on the report as "not at fault." for an accident that never happened to my knowledge nor my wife's knowledge. **At that time I was driving a **** Ford Econo. Van register here in Florida. I no longer have that van but can get the Vin Number from my son who now uses it at a local church here in New Port Richey if needed.
