Hello, I purchased 2 pairs of shorts from your website on June 3rd, [redacted], with Order Number: [redacted]6. Unfortunately, the shorts have not been delivered yet. On either June 15th or 16th, I received a voicemail from FedEx stating they were unable to locate my address. I called them back twice, left messages, but have not heard back from them or received my package. While not certain, I believe the FedEx call may be related to my Lee order as my other recent online purchases come directly from Amazon. Please investigate and update me on the situation. Thank you.

I've had an unfortunate experience with Lee Jeans customer service recently. I placed an order last Saturday but realized immediately that I had chosen the wrong size. When I tried to cancel the order, I found out their customer service was closed until Monday. Due to the time zone difference, I had to wake up early to contact them. Despite my efforts, I was informed that I missed the cancellation window. The agent I spoke to seemed indifferent and unhelpful, only mentioning their policy. I requested to speak with a supervisor, but no call back was received. Today, when I tried to follow up, I was told my issue was not a "priority" for supervisor assistance. I am concerned about not getting a refund if I return the product. The only way to contact them is through their toll-free number, adding to my frustration. I feel unsure about what steps to take next. Thank you for any advice.

I recently purchased two pairs of Lee midweight jeans in size W36 L30. However, a friend surprisingly gifted me a pair of Wranglers in the same size, which unfortunately do not fit well. I'm still interested in buying jeans, but I'm hesitant to pay for return shipping on items that may not fit properly. Thus, I kindly request that my order be canceled. Name: J.
