I am a loyal La-Z-Boy customer. I have purchased * recliners over the years and always been happy with my purchases. * In November of **** I purchased a power recliner with the faux leather material. The chair has had very light use. The faux leather is separating at the seam on the headrest. * I feel that this kind of wear is not appropriate for the use we have given that chair. The Mission Valley Store in San Diego was not willing to help us solve this problem.*We are hoping that we can get some type of assistance from you. We are planning to purchase two new recliners in the near future but our trust in your company is now a concern. We have never had an issue like this before.
