I booked my flight on LOT website from Warsaw to Toronto in jan ****. I paid with creditcard. I cancelled the booking in June ****. I received a confirmation of the cancellation (in Polish). I have not received any refund yet. Multiple calls to LOT customer service ( a local phone number in Toronto *** ***-****, that is transfered to somewhete, based of the dial tone, it may be offshore) was on hold for hours and never answered. Where else can I call
