Our newspaper delivery for the Los Angeles Times has a perpetual problem for a year now, with frequent non delivery as well as damaged papers in inclement weather. *We have never had satisfactiry resolution when this occurs. Currently and at least one day per week, instead of an LA Times, the VC Star has been delivered instead of ttolerate. This week this happened two consecutive days.*Calling customer service this far has been a frustration and waste of energy. Insult to injury.*The Star is not wanted. Aside from being a terrible excuse for a newspaper, we pay top dollar for the Times and expect daily delivery in good condition.*Please, can't we get this back on track? *We just want our paper delivered reliably each morning.*Weekly failures is too many to tolerate.*Thanks for any help with this issue.
