I sent an email within the appropriate timeframe to cancel my personal training. Being straightforward I honestly do not have the time I'm in nursing school and I am barely working so I am just not able to afford it because work is not even my priority school is. Now no one acts like they have not seen my cancellation and will not refund me my money. I sent it by email two days after signing the contract which states you can cancel for any reason before midnight within three days. I sent it by email because I knew that you guys would get it quicker to cancel it and that has not happened and has made me highly upset. I even sent someone name Hannah at the *****@***.com an attachment photo of it with the date and time and she states she cannot see it which I know that's false because I can see the attachment when I look at the email. She only responded due to me stating I am going to contact the BBB and possibly the State Attorney General if not refunded.
