The issue in GetHuman-rson's own words
I signed up to have access to all clubs at the Hyattsville, Maryland location. It turned out that $* is being charged to my checking account every time I check-in at a different club. I called the Hyattsville location and I have been told Christina could assist. I have called her yesterday, Dec *th on numerous occasions and every call, she was away for lunch, on the phone or unavailable. I was promised that she would return my call but that never happened. Totally unprofessional.

GetHuman-rson did not yet indicate what LA Fitness should do to make this right.
