I am in the Santa Clarita gym this very second and have been given the ring around for * days. My complaint is about the incompetence and unprofessionalism of the front desk. My ** year old daughter has a membership which I am financially responsible. She recieved a * day pass for a friend who is **. She called the gym directly regarding a waiver (because she looked it up on line). They told her to come in and as long someone over ** signed the waiver, her friend could join her. I came in and was assisted by "G". He couldn't print the waiver so he took my number saying someone would call me the following day to work it out, but he allowed my daughter's friend to work out with her. We show up today after being called by Eli and he tells me to come on in and he'd take care of us and that I'd be able to sign the waiver. We come in and are told that I now need to prove I am the legal guardian of our guest. I let him know ocer the phone I'm her aunt. Now the manager sees us and at this point it becomes a legal issue but it wasn't one yesterday. So now we are waiting for the guests' Dad to arrive to sign the waiver and now Eli tells us he gets off work at * and can we now come in for a *rd day for the pass to be activated because he is the only one who can do it. LA Fitness has wasted my time. * One day there are protocols, rules and liabilities and the next day there are none. Please explain. * Eli at the front desk was rude and the lady at the desk had to step in to stop him from telling about his life commitment he has going on at * PM which is why he can't wait a few minutes for the guest Dad to arrive. I would like someone to call me to resolve this issue. I will not be treated with rudeness because of their incompetence. I will sue for them allowing her to work out the first time if this is not handled with due diligence and in a timely manner.
