I am a member of the La Fitness at Old Weston Road & Keele in Toronto, Ontario, Canada. I have been a member there from day *. I just want to put in the following complaint about this location. ***. It is very dirty - when you use the machines you are looking at a lot of dirt on the floor***. The change rooms are extremely dirty - they very rarely clean the lockers and the showers have had the same dirt for several days.***. It has been very difficult to walk up to the building at times due to ice and no one is salting the walk ways. Very hard for older people.***. At night time I would think that the equipment would be put back so when I come first thing in the morning, I don't have to spend half my time looking for equipment.***. The training staff are not very friendly. You are greeted by the front desk but some of the trainers just look down when you pass by. There is a tall trainer, I thought maybe a manager and he is really unfriendly. I guess they are only friendly if you are getting personal training classes. They seem to spend a lot of time on their cell phones versus helping people who are struggling on the floor.***. The mirrors are disgusting - I don't think they are ever cleaned.**This gym is so convenient for me and that is the only reason why I go. It is sad that a new gym is not kept up.
