I was told when i opened this account that if my situation changed i could switch my account into my boyfriends name with no issue by two different managers at * different locations (Sheldon at Elmwood who opened this account for me, and Amy from Sheridan when we began going over to that location). Now i am being told that is not possible unless i want to pay $*** to do a transfer. My boyfriend is a landscaper who is off season and I am a disabled veteran on a limited income and my heart condition has worsened a bit so of anyone is going to be coming to the gym solo it will be him not me. We cannot afford to pay $*** to transfer the account (especially after we were told we could do this with no issues twice) and we cannot afford to have him start his own account. I need this account put in his name otherwise we might just end up cancelling this account total.
