Help with my LA Fitness issue
I signed up for a personal training contract November last year and agreed with an employee that it would end in April. I noticed that the charges continued on my account after April. I recently called and was told I can’t get a refund and would like to speak with the personal training manager. It seems I was deceived into signing a year long contract even though I was told it would end in April. I would like a refund for the sessions I paid after April.
I trust that LA Fitness will make this right and come up with a resolution that is fair.
