Hello,*I've been using your liquid eyeliner (L'Oreal Lineur intense brush tip liquid eyeliner (black, not the dark black) for decades and very rarely if at all I had this happen to me* In the last * months I purchased * liquid eyeliners and both after a short period of time have lost suction when pulling out the brush which is supposed to filter the access liquid, this causes too much liquid on the handle with the brush, and when closing some liquid gets on the outside of the tube and of course I would have to clean the tube and its all over my fingers as well. In other words when opening and unscrewing the tube it is loose and it doesn't make the suction noise. It is very hard to apply the eyeliner, I would have to take some liquid off the brush before applying. *I would like to be reimbursed for * tubes (approx. $**.** each). Of course I will continue to use l'Oreal products, but be please ensure that you look into this issue and rectify the problem as soon as possible.**Thank-you,*Angie
