Sorry, but you cannot directly download pictures from text messages to your SIM card. SIM cards don't have a large storage capacity, they mainly store information like your phone number, contacts, and some SMS history. Generally, when you receive a picture message or MMS on your phone it is automatically saved to your device's internal storage or external SD card, if one is installed. It's recommended to back up these files to your computer or cloud storage if you want to free up space on your phone.
