Okay my friend went into the Koodo store actually a Telus store to get a Telus phone they snowball him into taking the Koodo phone he didn't want to Koodo phone he wanted unlimited internet he's got *** megabytes of data which is ridiculous he wanted unlimited calling he doesn't have that and he wanted unlimited messaging he doesn't have that now this is a real major complaint because he's he's not telephone savvy and he needs a telephone due to medical reasons. Now every time he goes to use his phone before the bill came in he would have to punch in this code the phone didn't take his code even though it was the right code he'd have to punch it in four times before it would work sometimes it would tell him that it was the wrong code and it would make him go through various steps to prove it was him wasting data now he gets a bill and they're cutting off his phone he hasn't been able to use his phone properly since he's got it he went into the store with a problem they took the phone out of the case and when they took the phone out of the otter case that he bought with the phone they broke the screen protector when she tried to take it off with her artificial nails the lady from the kudos store then they charge him for it and when he got upset with that they told him that they were going to deal with him anymore as well the whole time he was in the store she was on her telephone well she was setting up his telephone the day he got it think this is really shady so how can you help us....
