I have now purchased a second preowned cell phone in hopes to be able to use it other then just at home with wifi. I am not sure of what carrier the first one is but it is a samsung galaxy s* neo emei *: *************** and once i insterted my kodoo sim card (which i did have working fine just a few days prior in a flip pohoe which broke) i had recieved an unlock code from rogers and it said incorrect. After weeks of trying and absolutely no help i gave up and stuck with using wifi and a texting app. But see i have a small child in school and i look after a baby full time and a job and no vehicle and no phone is beyond stressful. So i gave in an baught another phone spending $** that i really dont have that was for my kid to have a birthday party in a week. But i need a phone for work etc. Thr shop i got it from said it was koodo and well its not. It is i do believe rogers fido and telus pop up. So i got an unlock code from rogers again a d same this it says incorrect and to contact my service provider. Thing i dont get is do i contact the the phone carrier or my carrier(koodo) im so tried and fed uo with all this ****. I just want a working phone. Plese im begging for help the second phone is a nokia lumnia ****Emei *: ***************-**
