Hello,*I have been waiting for over * months for my refund. My flights were canceled due to Corona virus (back in April) and since then I have been waiting. I spoke to the airlines, and guess what, my money were refunded by Two airlines (Norwegian Air on June **nd of amount $*** and Sprit airlines, which I am waiting on that amount as well). Sadly Kiwi still didn't refund me a penny. Even if I don't get money for my third connecting fight I will be still very happy to get what I got from Spirit and Norwegian Air. I only wonder why it's taking KIWI such a long time to give me my money since they already got them from all those airlines. My booking number was *********. It was for * people, flights from Tampa to Boston, Boston, London, London to Poznan Poland. I don't want to keep calling or writing to KIWI every week, it's a waist of time, we all have jobs to do, but I would appreciate my refund to show up soon. If the airlines refunded it, then I don't know why KIWI is still holding on to it. I paid over $**** for my tickets and I deserve to get it back, especially when one airline didn't have any issues with issuing me a full refund for * passengers including the suitcases. I need to resolve this issue ASAP since this is already taking away too long. I don't want to use any legal representatives to work on this case, but if I have to I will.
