Hello and thank you for your support.*I purchased a place ticket through Kiwi.com for the *th of July, from New Orleans to Barcelona via Boston.*The flight was declared canceled few days after the reservation was confirmed.*The options, terms and conditions and other datas I have been sent about rescheduling or getting a refund are contradictory and misleading informations.**Also, I have been proposed expensive alternative flights, but these flight doesn't even exist in the airline's website.**From there, I'd like to know your point of view on what would be the best protocol to get a refund, as any other option would be falling deeper into this trap.**I will be at your service to give you any further information necessary.**Sincerely,*Mathieu
