Dear ladys and gentlemen,*I booked a flight from Auckland to Amsterdam, on **th of April ****. I had to change my booking from Christchurch to Berlin, on the **rd of march ****.*I booked both in the**app*I clicked the option "rebook", because I just wanted to change my travel, to not pay the full price of the second flight.*Now the problem is, that**charged both flight prices and I did pay exactly that, what I didn't want to have the costs with.**Moreover I wasn't able to attend the second flight, because the people at Christchurch airport wouldn't let me pass. The reason for that was, because in Meldbourne you have to leave the transit area to attend you following flight. They told me, that Australia would fly me back to New Zealand, because of that I wasn't allowed to fly at all.**Now I ask you to refund the complete costs, because I wasn't able to fly with any of the flights.*I hope it is possible, to get a refund!***This was the message I sent to
