Travel from Chicago to Paris. ... On Jan **, **** I booked two flights with Kiwi.com for myself and a friend.**Booking ******** for Judy Meyer and Booking * ******* for Mary Stiverson***Both flights were the same:**Chicago *ORD* to London *LGW* on ******* on Norwegian Air Flight DY****, Dep **:** Arr **:** with connection to Paris *CDG* on *******, Vueling flight VY***, Dep **:** Arr **:**.***E tickets were printed for each flight. **On ******* I received a change of schedule for Mary. The London to Paris flight was changed to Easy Jet flight U*****. Departing at **:** and arriving at **:**.***On ******* I printed off boarding passes for Mary for both flights. While I could not print Judy's boarding pass, I did print off another copy of her e-ticket***Upon arrival in Chicago we were told the flight we had booked did not exist and we were told our booking had been changed and would leave about **:** that evening, arriving in London at about **:**. ***We took these flights, and when we enquired about our connecting flights, we were told to contact Kiwi. Kiwi told us the flights had been cancelled, that they had notified us of the change to **:** and we did not reply, so connecting flights were cancelled. However, neither of us remembers receiving any e-mail regarding this change, and I had a boarding pass for the connecting flight. They refused to honor their guarantee as they said it was "our fault" for not replying to the e-mail we never received. **This strikes me as odd, because Norwegian had us scheduled for the evening flights, and the connecting flights left before Norwegian's arrival time. If Kiwi changed the one flight, they should have changed the second flight.***It then became necessary for us to book other flights to Paris at a cost of Euro *** apiece.**I would like Kiwi ti refund the cost of either the cancelled connecting flights, or the cost of the flights we had to book in London.
I did not receive the e-mail they purported to send. When I called they were rude. If they changed one flight, they should have changed the connecting flight.

Expected good service and the guarantee. Received neither
