Model:KFIS**PBMS**. *Serial: K********. **nd service request *: **********.*Refrigerator was purchased in ****, and I called on ******** @ *:**pm and spoke with a rep about service because freezer was not cooling. Rep mentioned I was in my *th year so labor*parts*diagnostic is all covered(no charge to me) and the earliest they can get a tech out would be ******** between *am-*pm. Come to find out rep made a duplicate account and a tech never came out, and beacuse of the holidays, I was unable to call back until ********. I called back and spoke with Shaniyah in GA, and she mentioned the accounts were mixed up and this is the reason a tech never came out. Long story short, she mentioned that the previous rep did not do her job correctly and gave mis information about warranty information. Spoke with a supervisor who mentioned I was given incorrect information, and proceeded to re-schedule a new appt for ******. Supervisor proceeded to tell me he will send a gift card for the inconvenience. I would prefer service over a gift card. It will be * weeks without a refrigerator due to miscommunication, and incorrect information. I would like this issue resolved ASAP because I am unable to utilize my refrigerator, and not to mention how much food we have had to throw away in the past week. Initially it was my freezer, and now my fridge is completely broken. Please contact me as soon as possible, this is a major inconvenience.*(***) ***-****
