I WANT THEM TO MAKE THE STOVE SAFE AS THE BURNERS TURN ON WITH THE SLIGHTEST TOUCH OR IF U BRUSH BY AND TOUCH THEM AND THE HOUSE FILLS UP WITH GAS FUMES.. IT HAD HAPPENED TO MANY TIME AND I AM LUCKY NO ONE WAS KILLED. ... model KSDG***ESSO*SERIAL NUMBER R*********I PURCHASED THIS KITCHEN AID GAS STOVE WITH A DOWNDRAFT FROM CRANES APPLIANCE IN VINEYARD HAVEN MASS ON MARCH ** TH **** AND I HAVE BEEN COMPLAINING OF THE DANGER OF THE BURNER CONTROL ***** FOR ALMOST * YEARS. THE ***** R DANGEROUS AS THEY TURN OF THE GAS IF U AS MUCH AS TOUCH THEM AS U PASS BYE. SEVERAL TIMES THE GAS HAS BEEN MISTAKENLY TURNED OUT AND THE HOUSE FILLED WITH GAS FUMES. ON ONE OCCASION THE OVEN WAS TURNED ON THE CUTTING BOARD I STORE IN THE OVEN BURNDT TO CINDERS, LAST WEEK MY GRANDSON AND HIS FIANCE WERE VISITING AND LEANED AGAINST THE BURNER. WE LEFT THE HOUSE AND CAME HOME TO IT FILLED WITH GAS FUMES... THIS MUST BE RECTIFIED OR I AM GOING TO CONSUMERS REPORT AND EVERY OTHER VENUE AVAILABLE BEFORE SOME DIES BECAUSE OF UR DESIGN FLAW... UR TECHNICIAN WAS HERE ON THE **TH OF JUNE AND REPORTED THAT HE HAD BEEN CALLED ON ANOTHER COMPLAINT OF THE SAME PROBLEM. HE CONFIRMED IT WAS DESIGN FLAW AND THERE WAS NO WAY TO CHANGE IT. *I WANT KITCHEN AID TO EITHER MAKE THIS STOVE SAFE OR TAKE IT BACK AND GIVE ME ONE THAT IS SAFE.*SERIAL NUMBER *********MODEL KSDG***ESSO***IF THIS IS NOT RESOLVED I WILL BE FORCED TO PUT THIS COMPLAINT IN THE HANDS OF MY ATTORNEY.**I WANT PROOF THAT THIS COMPLAINT IS SENT TO CORPORATE HEADQUARTERS.**I HOPE THIS ISSUE CAN BE RESOLVED IMMEDIATELY AS MY HOUSE IN RENTED IN AUGUST AND LOTS OF CHILDREN WILL BE HERE. **THANKS U.**PENNY PARROT *** *******
