We have a Kitchenaid Refrig*freezer*Model*KBFS**EVMSO S*N KY*********Haines Appliance came out and said our control board needs to be replaced. The inside temperature goes up and down. Thus was co firmed with technical assistance at Kitchenaid! Will not stay cool. They called to say they could not get a board, no longer available. We could take it off and ship to Texas to get it repaired!! I called in today and was on hold for over ** mins with a Kitchenaid person and she out me on hold and never resolved the call. What the heck. We bought your product, it broke, and niw we can’t get a part?! We spent $**,*** or more in **** on new appliances. ALL KITCHENAID!! We had to replace an icemaker, dishwasher and now the refrigerator is on the blink. We need a dang part!! Call ***-***-****
