I have been waiting on the phone for seventeen minutes now, only to be informed about the high call volumes. I have a Kenwood microwave that I bought at Currys in Guiseley Shop five years ago. It has developed rust, and pieces of it have been falling off for over a year. A friend pointed out the danger of this. Despite trying various phone numbers given to me and visiting PC World Shop, I have not received any assistance. I have a Kenwood Chef that has served me well for over forty years. I would like Kenwood to investigate the rusty microwave, as it poses a health risk. I am willing to provide pictures of the rusty parts and seek an explanation for this occurrence, as I have been told that such complaints are uncommon. I appreciate your attention to this matter. Thank you, Sylvia M.

I am Adetunji Ayodele Samson from Lagos, Nigeria. I am reaching out to Kenwood company to express my interest in becoming an authorized dealer/distributor in Nigeria. Nigeria, being the most populous country in Africa with the largest economy, is rapidly transitioning into a middle-class country. Despite this growth, there are few Kenwood products available in the country. I have always admired Kenwood products for their quality and durability since I was young. However, their presence in Nigeria is limited. I respectfully request the opportunity to become your authorized distributor in Nigeria. I wish to partner with Kenwood to introduce and distribute your products in the Nigerian market. Together, we can bring Kenwood products to every home in Nigeria. Please consider my proposal, and I look forward to hearing from you soon. Thank you.

Since the first use, meaning from the moment the Kenwood Kmix stand mixer was purchased, I have immediately encountered two issues: unacceptable motor noise and a damaged dough hook from the first use. The product quality is poor, the consumables are subpar, and Kenwood's customer service in Italy is disappointing. It took them 2 months to address the noise issue, but they returned the appliance poorly reassembled with the same deafening noise. Regarding the dough hooks and consumables, the Customer Care has been unresponsive. The problem with the dough hooks wearing down seems to be because the parts that should be stainless steel (and therefore not wear out) appear to be only coated. This means that what flakes off from the hook could end up in the user's food! Are we ingesting metal or what? Fix this issue and recall the dough hooks immediately!

I'm having trouble connecting my iPhone 12 to my DPX503BT. I've attempted to connect using both the cord and Bluetooth modes, even tried pairing by entering the code and pressing the volume knob, but it says pairing is unsuccessful. I also tried a firmware update, but when I plug in the USB on Standby mode, it switches to USB mode displaying "No Music." Does the DPX503BT model support the iPhone 12? How can I make the connection work?

My Kenwood FPM250 food processor is defective. The motor unexpectedly started spinning as soon as I plugged it in, without adjusting the dial. Despite turning it off and back on to mode 1, a burning scent and a leak from the mixer bucket emerged. After salvaging the contents, I cleaned the accessories and allowed the appliance to dry by inverting it to facilitate moisture drainage. Upon inspection today, I discovered a hairline crack in the mixer bucket. This is frustrating as we've only used it around 20 times in 18 months. I tried the spice mill attachment to check the motor, and upon plugging it in, there was a faint pop before I even touched the dial. Although the spice mill seemed to work, the burning smell persisted. It appears that the electrical components have been affected by the leak caused by the crack in the mixer bucket. I am concerned about the safety of using the faulty equipment and would appreciate if it could be serviced or replaced promptly. Thank you, B. C.

I have a beautiful Kenwood Kmix machine with a retro look and a glass bowl. It was a gift from my husband for our anniversary in [redacted]. The machine was in its original box for most of the time due to being stuck abroad because of the Covid situation. Recently, I started using it for baking, including making bread dough. Unfortunately, the glass bowl got stuck when I tried to remove it after mixing dough, leading to a cracked plastic ring at the bottom. I believe this is a design flaw as other users have reported similar issues online. I would appreciate it if you could send me a replacement plastic ring for my glass bowl. Thank you in advance for your help.

Subject: Lack of Response Regarding Kenwood Titanium Major Issue I have not received any response following my previous letter regarding my Kenwood Titanium Major KMM020. I purchased the machine in [redacted] and use it only once a year during the Jewish Passover festival for about one week. Unfortunately, this year, the machine malfunctioned as a screw became loose on the food processing part and the casing cracked before the festival ended on 4 April [redacted]. As someone who has always trusted the Kenwood brand for its quality, I am disappointed by this issue. The machine is now available for inspection, and I am eager to know the steps you will take to ensure that I once again have a reliable and top-quality appliance. Thank you for your attention to this matter. Sincerely, Lea S.

I have been waiting to have my faulty Kenwood Food Processor collected since September. Despite multiple attempts through calls and emails, the pick-up team never showed up as promised, leaving me with a non-functional product and a great deal of inconvenience. This situation has caused me extreme anxiety as I saved up for this item, and I am now left without a food processor that I cannot afford to replace. It is unacceptable to be treated this way as a customer. I am requesting a full refund for the product that has caused me so much trouble. Thank you.

Hello, I am reaching out because I have been trying to contact your team for 10 minutes without success, and I am concerned about my phone bill. On 21/10/2, I purchased a KMIX KMX750AR Stand Mixer in red. Due to arthritis in my wrist, I am unable to use my hand mixer which I've relied on for 50 years. The KMIX mixer is wonderful, but I struggle to unlock the bowl from the stand. I have resorted to hitting the handle with a mallet as a last resort. This issue is disheartening after thinking my baking troubles were solved with the new mixer. Can you offer any assistance? Thank you, Jacqui Smallwood

I purchased a new Kenwood hand mixer approximately 12 months ago to replace my previous one that had served me well for over a decade. Unfortunately, one of the four blades has detached from one of the beaters. I am quite disappointed in the quality of this product compared to my previous mixer, which required no maintenance during its years of use. I can provide photos if needed. I would appreciate it if you could kindly send me a replacement beater free of charge. Thank you in advance. Teresa T.

Hello, I hope you had a great Christmas holiday. I wanted to share my recent experience with a Kenwood combination microwave that my husband gifted me. The microwave itself is lovely, but I was quite surprised when I found a worn sock inside the packaging. The sock had patches on the heel, and it was not something I expected to find. It was a bit unsettling, and I would appreciate it if you could address this issue and provide some form of compensation for the inconvenience it caused. I attempted to attach a photo, but encountered some difficulties. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

Dear Sir, I recently bought a brand new Kenwood 1.5-ton DC inverter AC, but I have noticed that its cooling performance is not up to par. In fact, it seems to be decreasing day by day. I have tried contacting your helpline at [redacted]11, but no one answers the call. I have also sent emails but have not received any response yet. I would appreciate it if you could replace the AC unit promptly. Please respond to my email or contact me via phone or WhatsApp at your earliest convenience. Thank you, Hassaan Waheed

I have been a loyal Kenwood customer for the past 45 years. My first Kenwood was purchased in Singapore 30 years ago, and my second one was bought in the Netherlands 13 years ago. The service has always been exceptional whenever I needed it. However, since moving to Thailand, I have found the service to be below the high standards I expect from Kenwood. In Huahin, Thailand, where I now reside, there is a Kenwood store in a shopping mall. Unfortunately, the staff there only speak Thai and there is no customer service available. When I contacted the Kenwood service center in Bangkok, they informed me that they cannot repair or service my appliance without even inspecting it first. I am concerned that Kenwood may be moving towards a new policy of pushing customers to buy new products rather than providing quality service. I hope this issue can be addressed promptly. Regards, N.F.

Hello, I am experiencing issues with my Kenwood refrigerator model KRF-599SBS1. The defrost circuit seems to be malfunctioning as it does not start. I have noticed that after turning it off for a day, the ice melts and water comes out from the base, but then after 2-3 days, the ice builds up again. The service technician informed me that I need to replace the defrost circuit. Could you please advise me on where I can obtain this circuit for my specific refrigerator model? Thank you, Dr. IFK Peshawar, Pakistan

I own a Kenwood KDC -X890 head unit installed in my 92 Full-Size Blazer, and it's consistently producing a bothersome alternator whine that intensifies with acceleration. This issue has persisted since the installation. I've invested significant effort and money attempting to resolve it, only to conclude that the problem may be inherent to this specific head unit. Any recommendations would be greatly appreciated. Thank you, -Peter S.
