HERE IS THE SHORT VERSION: JUNE *TH - FRIDGE DELIVERED WITH DENTS IN THE FRONT DUE TO UNSTABLE LOAD IN DELIVERY TRUCK. REFUSED.*JUNE **TH - FRIDGE DELIVERED. DOOR NOT REVERSED AS REQUESTED. UNABLE TO REVERSE DOOR DUE TO IMPROPERLY DRILLED HOLES FOR HINGE. DISCOVERED AFTER CLEANING INSIDE*OUT, TOP*BOTTOM. * JUNE **ND DELIVERY POSTPONED * WEEK BY SEARS - NO REASON GIVEN. FRIDGE LEFT PRIOR WEEK WORKS*DOOR OPENS WRONG WAY. *JUNE **TH - FRIDGE DELIVERED, AGAIN W*OUT DOOR REVERSED AS REQUESTED. AGAIN WE CLEAN FRIDGE INSIDE*OUT BEFORE REVERSING DOOR OURSELVES. AFTER SEVERAL HOURS WE NOTICE FRIDGE IS NOT COLD INSIDE. FAN RUNS & LIGHT WORKS. *JULY *RD - TECHNICIAN ARRIVES LATE (DUE TO OVERBOOKING). UNABLE TO REPAIR DUE TO MANUFACTURING FLAW CAUSING LONG SCREWS TO PUNCTURE OIL RESERVOIR, LOSING ALL OIL. MANY, MANY, MANY HOURS SPEND ON THE PHONE GETTING THE RUNAROUND AND NO SATISFACTION FROM ANYONE. NO CALL BACKS AS PROMISED, NO MANAGERS AVAILABLE, NO TRAINING TO ANYTHING BUT APOLOGIZE AND INSULT CUSTOMERS WITH RIDICULOUS OFFERS OF COMPENSATION. WE ARE SPENDING THE HOTTEST MONTH OF THE YEAR WITH NO FRIDGE & NO ICE. WE'VE LOST FOOD AND HAD TO BUY ICE WHICH DOESN'T LAST IN THIS HEAT. DOES ANYONE THERE CARE ABOUT THIS HORRIBLE CUSTOMER TREATMENT??? TOO EXHAUSTED TO LIST ALL PHONE CALLS, NAMES, INSULTING COMPROMISES, BUT WE HAVE THIS INFO IF YOU ARE INTERESTED.
