Change schedule ... I would like to contact a member of the KAYAK executive board. I called reservations to reschedule my flight and was told if I do not give another date at this time to reschedule I will forfeit my ticket. I do not understand if I have to pay a penalty or a cost for rescheduling, what difference does it make if I change to another time today or at another time? Why cannot hold on to my ticket and apply for another date without committing to another time today?
I will forfeit my ticket if I do not reschedule st this time

Talk to KAYAK customer service representative (Richard) and he could not help so I asked to talk to s supervisor and he said none was available at this time and asked for my phone number. I gave Richard my number and said they will call back. This conversation was at *:** PM. It is now **:** PM EST.
