Unable to pick up the Hertz car I rented through Kayak because I was not aware that one needs a credit card only to pick up. They would not let me switch the reservation to my partner's name, who has a credit card. I would appreciate it if we could discuss a refund. This has unfortunately been a very frustrating process.
