How did GetHuman-mervonne do it?
Waiting to hear how GetHuman-mervonne fixed the problem to share with other customers.
I recently booked a return flight from Perth (WA) to Hobart with Kayak. Unfortunately, I had to change the return flight and it took over a week before 'BudgetAir' finally got me a new flight date and sent a ticket. But, they charged me $*** for a single flight when it only cost me $*** for a return flight. I realise there are charges but this is ridiculous.
I trust that Kayak will make this right and come up with a resolution that is fair.
